Hydraulic pipe cutter for 4 to 12 in, tile, clay, XH Soil Pipe, Soil Pipe and 10 in CI water pipes, employ the "squeeze and pop" principle as the Wheeler Rex manual and ratchet models do. It comes with a remote hydraulic pump, cutter does not rotate around the pipe, only 2 to 3 in clearance needed to wrap chain around pipe. Comes complete with pump, hose and case.
